I changed tickets I found myself that had aisle seats and when I was contacted by BBC they said they had better seats in Premiuim Economy and when I confirmed the flight dates and price I was told the seats weren't set. I have never booked a flight where I didn't pick my seats so by convincing me to use their service, I've gone from having seats that I had found to not knowing where I'm sitting on the plane. That's not acceptable to me so I won't use a service where I'm not buying the assigned aisle seats that I always pick for myself. It's not a service that works for me. I have to know the seats I'm buying before I pay for my flights and BBC took my money when I thought I was able to pick my seats I found out that they aren't able to confirm seats when I bought the ticket. I'm still waiting for my seat confirmation. Not acceptable to me.
Update: I received my seats after I wrote this review and they are aisle seats. So I've left a 3 star rating. Why 3 stars? Because as I said above, I pick my seats then pay but I was told today that BBC books the tickets but then it takes a couple of days to confirm the seats. That might be fine for some but since I like knowing exactly where I'm sitting when I pay for tickets it doesn't work for me. The upside it that it was a great price, far better than I found on my own in premium economy. And Xavier is very responsive and he was apologetic that he wasn't able to confirm my seats when I booked the ticket.
Alice Dante was exceptional!!! We spent 3 days booking our 10 family members to get exactly what we wanted in price and in class of seating . !! She was thorough and most importantly she was very patient with us and she was very knowledgeable and precise . She deserves the utmost in a pay raise and is someone I will use again and will tell my friends to use her!

After confirming my itinerary and the quoted price, I booked electronically for a trip from Chicago to Argentina. However, I ended up having to pay a higher price than initially quoted and had to downgrade from premium economy to economy on one leg of the journey. The agent provided inflated prices and insisted I switch from a premium economy flight to an economy flight while charging the same amount. I cannot recommend this travel agency to anyone. Be ready for frustration and negotiation.
