Misleading Service Experience

I had a terrible experience with misleading service. The support team initially tricks you into signing up for a membership. After ordering, you receive a notice that the item is out of stock. Another product of the same size can only be sent to a pickup location instead of the promised home delivery. Overall, a complete disaster and feels like a scam.

Disappointing Experience

Very disappointing. The support team misleads you to sign up for a membership. After placing an order, you get an email stating the item is unavailable. Another product in the same size and dimensions can only be delivered to a pickup point rather than the home delivery that was advertised. A total disaster and feels like a scam.
