I ordered a package Jan. 23 and it shipped Jan. 27, 2026. Was supposed to arrive by Feb. 4th. There have been no updates just shows in transit and it is now Feb. 11, 2026 no change in tracking, no package, and now the company who I bought the necklace from is saying the courier's driver failed to take the package to the warehouse......seems fishy as it was reported by Yun Express as in transit. Nobody can tell me where my order is. Be cautious buying anything from a company who uses this company as the shipping company.
The attempted delivery was always out of business hours. We asked for a modification of the address, and the delivery did not happen. Last, but not least, they were not able to help us anymore because apparently the name of the recipient was modified, hence thecustomer service did not give us any information
The delivery was quite delayed. Eventually, a driver arrived in a silver vehicle and parked on my recently renovated lawn, which had just been treated with top dressing and fertilizer. He even reversed over it, leaving noticeable tire marks and causing damage. There was absolutely no reason for him to drive on the lawn, especially considering it was clearly under renovation. I am extremely frustrated. If I could share a picture of the vehicle and the damage, I would. I advise against using this service, as the drivers seem to lack respect and care.
I placed an order through an online platform and it is being handled by a shipping service. I ordered nearly two weeks before the holiday season. Initially, they promised delivery in early January, but have since postponed it twice. It's now just two days shy of a month, and without any tracking information, I am left in the dark about its whereabouts!

When I called for assistance, the support was unhelpful, merely confirming that there was an issue and advising me to contact the sender. This was meant to be a gift for my sister's 18th birthday. I'm incredibly disappointed.
The delivery person left an incredibly unprofessional message on my package, and it wasn't just the poor grammar that was concerning. Instead, he felt the need to issue a threat. It seemed he was frustrated about having to leave it at my door rather than in a locker, which were all occupied due to the holiday rush. Honestly, walking it to my door shouldn't have been that much of a struggle compared to the effort it took to write a threatening note. This behavior is unacceptable for a job that should be handled with basic professionalism.
I faced extremely disappointing service and unprofessional conduct during my recent delivery attempt. On Sunday, the driver contacted me via messaging app to ask for my location, which I promptly provided. Instead of completing the delivery, he informed me that another driver would reach out the following day. Unfortunately, no one contacted me, and my messages went unanswered. Today (Wednesday), I checked the tracking system and was shocked to find that the driver marked my shipment as "no response from customer," which is entirely untrue. He neither called nor sent a message to me at any point. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. The driver also mentioned that delivery would be made today, but another driver reached out again asking for my location — which I shared — only for him to state that the delivery would occur tomorrow. When I inquired about the reason for the delay, he ignored my message once more. As a result of these actions, my delivery has been postponed for several days without any communication, accuracy, or proper follow-up from the team.
This is the worst freight service I’ve encountered. They hold onto packages until containers are full before shipping. I ordered an item that didn’t leave the country for three weeks, and I’m still waiting six weeks later. I contacted the supplier, who mentioned they had similar complaints and changed their shipping provider, which I found untrue since a friend ordered the same item and faced the same issues.
The service for parcel deliveries in this region is extremely disappointing. Customer support is nearly nonexistent, and there’s a high likelihood your package will be lost. The couriers are unreliable, often claiming they attempted delivery when they didn’t show up at all. It's hard to believe they think they can get away with this in an era where cameras are everywhere. I strongly advise against using this untrustworthy service.
