I bought a pair of monkey slippers for my grandson, but on the night I gave them to him, an arm came off. I contacted the seller early Saturday morning with a picture of the problem. Within an hour, I received an apologetic response stating they would replace the slippers. Shortly after, I received another email confirming the replacement order. That level of customer service is truly outstanding.

I had been on the lookout for character slippers for my sons for Christmas (aged 40 and 46 🤦♀️) and couldn't find any until I discovered a certain seller. I was a bit hesitant about ordering from abroad, but I went ahead and purchased a cat and penguin pair on 26/10/25. I was kept informed about the delivery, and they arrived yesterday (3/11/25). They are fantastic, of great quality, and I’m sure my sons will adore them. I look forward to shopping with them again next Christmas!
This marks my third year purchasing these slippers for my husband. They are extremely comfortable and warm; the size chart is spot on, and shipping is quick. The only reason I rated them a '4' instead of a '5' is that the soles could be more durable.
