My recent purchase included a recliner, dresser and 2 nightstands. I am pleased with my purchase…however I am especially pleased with the quality and style of my dresser. It gives old school quality furniture and it’s heavy to boot….so you know it’s good quality.
I was approved for 3580. Because my address was different due to moving I had to wait for my updated id. I was so excited to order but since the dinette set was not available they cancelled my application and I had to reapply. Then I was told I did not qualify. I was so upset and disappointed. I will be contacting their corporate office because I was treated so unfairly .
The website was easy to use and the products are of great quality. Frank my customer service rep called to ensure my packages were delivered and reminded me to unbox within 3 days to ensure everything worked well. Will use this service again
Before I ordered my mattress my questions were answered about if I could use it on an adjustable bed. Delivery was quick, my mattress was delivered on a Sunday by FedEx. Customer service called me a few days later to see how my delivery was and if I was pleased with my purchase.I am very satisfied.
