Review Time
I placed my order on September 25,2025 and I still haven't received my order or a refund. I sent an email to the contact us address, and the company requested that I post positive reviews before addressing my concerns or providing me with an order update. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Never received the cologne I ordered. Did receive a pair of black no show socks. Requested my funds back, etc. They never answer the customer phone when you call, they always say we are currently closed, please call back during normal business hour.
I’d rate this awful company 0 stars of I could you guys have stolen money from me for the past 3 months and never shipped what I order you guys sent me 70$ socks this is such a bad company and I want a refund and I want my money back you guys have stolen almost 200$ from me by charging me every month any sending me nothing do not buy from this company absolutely disgustingly bad buisness
As others have said these guys are scammers. Ordered a perfume from them and they sent me freaking socks. I immediately disputed it and was able to get my money back from my bank. Even after this I noticed they were trying to charge a fee which I realised was a subscription fee I wasn’t aware of. Guys stay away from these guys they’re scammers.
I am only writing a review because this seems to be the only way to cancel my membership. They charge $39.99 each month after a purchase. You can’t unsubscribe or cancel without writing a review apparently. I ordered two fragrances, both were nice but I don’t want an unnecessary monthly payment.
The only reason I am putting two stars is because I finally got a response via email never could speak with anyone over the phone and I ordered cologne for 80 something dollars and what I perceived was a rubber scrubby brush that was probably worth $.25 maybe a dollar, most definitely not what I paid for and you guys are trying to get me to leave a positive review while I’m sorry I’m an honest person and I cannot do that until my issue has been resolved, resolved my issue. I will leave a positive review.
