I would have given no stars if that were possible. It's a complete joke—numerous items were out of stock even though they were marked as available. It took a week to receive my order, and parts were missing, with some items supposedly coming directly from the manufacturer, despite being listed as in stock on the platform. It's now nearly two weeks, and I still haven't received my complete order.

The item arrived quickly and was well-packaged. However, I must mention that the shipping cost was higher than the product itself, and the same item was available on another platform with free shipping. It makes me consider buying from there next time, which doesn’t seem fair.
This shop is fantastic, with reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I was let down by another company for an order I needed for a weekend project, but this seller had what I needed. I inquired about next-day delivery (not expecting it), and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I will definitely return as a customer.
