Worst customer service. They send loads of emails for joining the gym membership, but when I requested for a change in membership due to a confusion with a delay in my month start date, they sent a one line response saying they can't do anything. Extremely disappointing. Never using them again!
Fantastic Experience at Buzz!I came to Buzz to use the treadmill for my marathon training, and it was exactly what I needed! Even though I went at a busy time, there was still loads of space and no problem getting on a machine. The atmosphere is really motivating. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend for anyone training seriously or just looking for a great gym to work out in!

Really enjoy training at Buzz. The atmosphere’s great — always clean, good music, and a mix of people who actually want to train. Staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. Feels like a proper gym community, not just another chain.
