DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVING…

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVING SCAMMERS!! This company is a total SCAM. I placed an order over a month ago for some vitamins and I never received them. It even shows in my shop app that the order was placed but never shipped. I emailed their customer service team about it twice and received no response. When I placed my order I did NOT sign up for a subscription and they just charged my card AGAIN for another order when I did not even receive the first one. Now I have to dispute both charges thru my bank and cancel my card which is tied to all my autopays and is such a pain in the ass to have to update. I am kicking myself for not coming here first before I bought but you'd never think that a vitamin company would do this but apparently they're not a real company and just a bunch of thieves.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, been trying to contact them for a delivery date and to ascertain when to expect my delivery and to ensure my parcel isn't left unattended and stolen, but there is no way to contact anyone. There is no telephone number for customer service, and my emails have gone unanswered for days. I even downloaded the shop app as instructed, but it has not helped. I have now contacted my bank to assist in refunding my money. I will not be purchasing from this company again, very dubious and from the sounds of it, I will also not be receiving the order that I placed

Didn’t sign up for any subscription or order They had my details but bank confirms that I have not purchased anything from this company (something to do with vpn) bank have cancelled my cards and blocked this company from taking my money They took two transactions from my account which have now been refunded by bank Scam

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered the lymphatic drainage a fortnight ago still no delivery !! When you try to contact them it says url is down ( this has been for the last week ) Also my bank has blocked several fraudulent transactions on my account today and the only thing I have entered my card details on in the last month is this !

They will not cancel my order! Terrible communication

They will not cancel my order that is billing in 7 days. I have not recieved the first order to try it. I dont recommend this company the customer service is terrible.when you try to cancel on the shop app it is disabled

SCAM ALERT BE CAREFUL

I had a slight worry when I followed the link they sent me for delivery in email. I then checked on reviews (should have done it first ) and saw the negativity. I then checked on my order on their website and it was all true, you can't get hold of them in any way. I contacted my bank fraud department and they checked and told me they had applied a subscription to my account WHICH I didn't sign up for or agree to, they also had a virtual copy of my BANK CARD!!! The bank has removed both but told me to be vigilant because they could try again by changing just one word in their name. CHINESE SCAMMERS!! ALSO if anyone does receive anything, I would bin it because it would be very suspect.

Shocking customer service

Have emailed 5 times to cancel a subscription had absolutely no response from the company. Terrible customer service would warn others to avoid it.
