Cancellation Page Disabled!?

Horrible company; they initiated a Subscription without notice or acknowledgement; sent and billed 6 month supply within 3 weeks; Do not answer emails, cancellation page is disabled, order Management page is disabled. Extremely sketchy business practices! Do not order anything from them! I am reporting to all consumer agencies and my bank agreed to block their charges. They are a Take your money and Hide company.

Do not buy from this company

i ordered 2 x products from this company 4 weeks ago and have not received my goods. I have asked to be refunded 3 times, but as yet no response. After reading other reviews regarding this company i doubt i will get any satisfaction. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. After sending many complaints to this company and unfortunately having to threaten them, I have now been refunded- result

update - product arrived weary to try. be wary of ordering, there's a 1 time only option you need to look for prior to ordering. you will be opted in for a subscription. there's no refunds at all! I reached out once and then a 2nd time which sent an error message, the NY area code number was not active, and at the time trying to end the subscription and find out about order. I did get error 404 messages, and after cancelling my card, and a complaint to bank about possible scam site, I finally got notified of shipping. FYI this ships from China and you will have your payment method hit 2 possibly 3 times if you don't opt out of the subscription by the time the product arrives. also looking for the cancellation of subscription option was not available when I was trying to cancel. be wary of ordering and this is my honest real life experience.first ordered February 16th 2026, called bank Feb 25th, received March 18th, 2026

Products don’t ship - no response from customer service

Ordered online, product hasn’t shipped. Tried contacting the company via email and Instagram, zero response, other than a link to a portal which ought to have a ticket for my query where I can track the status.The portal denies access.Don’t buy from this business, they’re just robbing you of your money.

This is a scam company.

This is a scam company.It starts off calling itself vitawellby the time you pay they are byvitawell a different company.I paid for supplements I have not recieved. They say to reply to their email for customer service which I did twice with no reply. Ive given them plenty of opportunity to reply or send my order since 17th February but still nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Scam store not the real vitawell !! …

Scam store trying to impersonate Vitawell by using their name till you check their contact details. Luckily I reported to credit card in time and issued a refund ! No response and no delivery ! Even though they say they are shopify no tracking details go on site ! Clever scam

SCAM!! Same as Everyone & They Are STILL Advertising!!

Same as everyone, they hide a subscription service in terms and conditions which is not legal. No products received over one month later and they charged me for a second order before I realised & even sent a receipt with SOMEONE ELSES Card details on for the second charge!They actually responded to me after 12 days without anything inc. tracking and made up an excuse about air transport being affected by the ongoings in Iran and that the items would be shipped. Nothing has arrived.They appear to be linked to drop shipping company in China called NutriPass Global which also seems very dodgy with incomplete basic template website.You deliberately can't cancel anything on their website it just returns error pages. make sure you remove any payment details if they re held and I would recommend getting a new card issued as scams like this get around blocks by charging you through a slightly different company name. Charge back dispute filed with my bank - will update if anything happens - if you can add updates on here.
