My husband brought in a hard-copy prescription for a 30-day medication that has been filled multiple times at another pharmacy. During a follow-up call, we encountered issues: 1) confusion about when the prescription could be filled, and 2) new dosing instructions from my doctor. Even with a representative from our medical insurance on the line, two pharmacy technicians and a pharmacist disputed the doctor's directions and the dosage changes. It was clear that the pharmacy staff did not refer to the actual hard-copy prescription, as they ignored the doctor's instructions. Their response was to reiterate directions I had never received from my doctor and insist that other customers were waiting (implying that I was a burden). Within half an hour, my husband retrieved the hard-copy prescription and took it to a different pharmacy, where it was filled without any issues.
I noticed my receipt yesterday included a four-cent round-up, seemingly so the company could avoid giving me a penny in change. I'm really disheartened by this practice. It's as if the company is taking advantage of small amounts repeatedly.
The actual price of items was significantly lower than what was advertised. The staff were rude and condescending. It's upsetting to think how far the company has strayed from its original values. They seem to be emulating other retailers while failing to provide basic service. Always check your receipts as they often overcharge. The security staff appeared unprofessional, and the treatment I received was unacceptable.

The pharmacy was unhelpful and seemed intent on complicating the process. I use their drive-thru for safety, but it was out of service. Previously, they delivered my medication to my car, but today they refused and claimed it was illegal, then hung up on me. You should never hang up on a customer! If I did that at my job, I would be fired! If I could rate them lower, I would. They clearly lack understanding of customer service.
I tried to return an expired grocery pickup item at a local store, but was told I needed to call a number on my receipt for a potential refund, and was advised to donate the expired item. I've returned expired items before, but was told this was a corporate issue. The store manager was rude and falsely accused me of ignoring policy. The grocery associate leader was equally unprofessional, making the situation worse. The only helpful staff were two individuals who recognized the issue. It’s frustrating when policies complicate things further.
I misplaced my receipt for a cord I bought in electronics. One staff member suggested a clever way to repurpose it for my gardening needs, which I appreciated. I’m thankful for her help; it made my day better and I’m glad I didn’t find the receipt after all.
I encountered rude employees at the Dimond location. A barista was upset because I didn't tip, and the deli manager was quite aggressive. Cashiers ask customers to round up their totals for charity, but I’m just trying to buy groceries for myself. It feels like they resent their customers.
