Order Delay and Lack of Response

I placed my tea order on the 10th of January, and as of today, the 22nd of January, it still hasn't arrived. It's been clearly over 5 working days, and despite sending several emails, there has been no response at all! This feels like a scam; I strongly advise against ordering from them as it's a waste of time and money.

No response from the company...

I can't get this company to respond to my emails about one of their products. I purchased a lavender home spray a few months ago and have been trying to buy more. I attempted to order through the website, but it seems there's an issue with the ordering process. I've inquired about this, but they don't reply! Does anyone know where I can find this product? Thanks!
