I order over a month and half ago. The shipping address and billing address somehow got switched. I noticed it instantly and filled out contact form upload photos to show proof never got a response I also emailed them on numerous occasions never got a reply. I never received my product or refund. Communication sucks because they don’t have a customer service number only email which they never respond to Im so over it.
it was horrible, i received a email asking to pay them claiming they never received my payment that paypal reversed it which is a lie , even before this i bought one awhile back with a code and never received it . i emailed back stating i will not send any form of payment again ! trying to rip me off ! unbelievable
Honestly the straightners are amazing!! And the fact that they are so expensive and they always have promos going on to get a lot off us even better I just bought my 3rd one that shows they are amazing and customer service is awesome as well
