1. Answer my requests for help.2. Block spoofing calls.This tool might block calls from specific numbers after I notify it that a call is (another) spammer. But I can't tell, because the bad guys use other people's numbers to fool us into answering. If you try to reach them, they'll issue a case number, but nothing more.

My experience was not so great

My experience was not so great. The black cable was missing, and I notified the company repeatedly of this fact, but to date the request has been ignored. This request now has been over a month!

What an AWESOME product

What an AWESOME product! I ordered your V5000 model several years ago (from either QVC or HSN), and we’re still using it today. I recently purchased your V100K model for my elderly father-in-law in Michigan to help cut down on the amount of spam calls he receives. I can’t wait to see how much aggression this is going to be SAVING him! Thanks again for your WONDERFUL product! I guess this means we’re going to have to purchase your latest model now! 🤗 D.B.
