As a group of Staffordshire uni first year paramedic student’s a group of 12 of us attended and booked our FREC3 course through Medline. I can’t fault the service one bit! Both Phil and Ian were excellent instructors with plenty of experience and knowledge shared between the two of them. We had previous bad experiences with other companies who weren’t adaptable to our needs but Phil at Medline went the extra mile to accommodate everything we requested. The course was extremely enjoyable and engaging which enabled us to fully enjoy the experience and get the best results out of it.Thank you both Phil and Ian it was brilliant.Anyone looking to complete your FREC3, Medline is the company to do it through!!

Ian and Phil were funny and very nice people to learn from. Ian’s acting skills are top notch for scenarios and very supportive at pushing you to do things. Really enjoyed my time with both of them and will 10000% be doing my Frec 4 in the future 😁

The training was extremely informative, well-structured, and engaging from start to finish. Their positive, motivational attitudes made the learning experience even more enjoyable, and they created such a supportive and welcoming environment. On top of that, they were incredibly thoughtful ! Always making sure we were well looked after with plenty of cups of tea and biscuits! Phil and Ian are kind, caring, and genuinely funny individuals, and I couldn’t recommend them or this course highly enough.
