Do not buy from this service. I've requested multiple times to cancel my subscription, but they keep billing me and sending more products. There's no way to cancel the subscription on your own. I will have to contact my bank to block them. The product is not worth it.
I never received my initial order and then, like many others, I have realised that this is actually a subscription - 3 transactions in and still no product. I have also written a number of emails to the customer support team to ask for an update on products, and then also to cancel my subscription. I’ve not received a single reply.
I’ve had a very poor experience with Calmify. I was charged for a repeat subscription without any clear access to my previous orders or an option to manage or cancel the subscription on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable.When I reached out, there was no straightforward way to resolve the issue or stop the shipment. A company selling wellbeing products should make the customer experience far less stressful than this. I have emailed them several times and am promised a reply within 2-3 days which never comes. Now I'm taking action with my bank!I won’t be purchasing from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience or anyone elses - looking at this forum.
I should’ve done more research. This “business” has no address, no phone number, only 3 social posts on IG with comments disabled and over 29 FB comments with all reaction being angry and people calling out that they were scammed with no way to cancel. They will collect your credit card information and when you express concern, they will give an automated reply that they will get back to you in 2-3 business days, which is a lie. They will not address your request to cancel. Instead, they will continue to charge your card so that you cannot receive a refund. My cat was in the ICU and I had a lot on my plate. This is disgusting! I’ve reported them to the BBB, IG, FB, wrote a negative review explaining my experience on trust pilot, Also commented on FB, and contacted my bank. DO NOT BUY!
Do NOT buy ANYTHING from these *** people. They don't tell you it is a subscription and no matter how many times you try to contact them they will never respond.
