I placed an order for a part on January 8th before business hours, expecting it to be ready for pickup at 2 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed the part was missing. I asked if this was due to an inventory error and how long it would take to confirm its availability. The representative said it would take an hour to resolve. I expressed the urgency of needing the part by the end of the day and asked if they could expedite delivery or issue a quick refund if not found. Unfortunately, the only option offered was shipping without any guarantee of quick delivery. Shortly after leaving, I received a call stating the part had been found. I requested a viable solution given the urgency, but again received no satisfactory options. I felt compelled to make the hour-long drive again, wasting time and money on gas. The only suggestion was free shipping with an ETA that didn’t accommodate my needs. The following day, I returned to the office and encountered a rude and unprofessional atmosphere. My greetings were met with hostility, and as I left, employees followed me outside, glaring while smoking. It felt like intimidation simply for seeking a fair resolution regarding the costs incurred due to their inventory mishap. Given this experience, I will no longer engage in business with this company due to the unprofessional behavior of their staff.
