I ordered CKin2u perfume and it smells just like want I imagined it to be, I cant stop using it for everyday use,i only gave a 3 stars bc apparently the smell doesn’t lasts for so long, I used to reapply every now and then, and it is such a hassle, It should last longer bc the price is not reasonable for it.
I bought a few items from Calvin Klein. I've been waiting for the delivery for a week. I reported the situation to customer service, but no one has responded. I'm still waiting for the delivery. I don't understand why such a global company has such a shoddy delivery network. I can't even see where the delivery is. Customer service is zero. Customer satisfaction is zero. Even deliveries for cheap products aren't this delayed.
If I could rate this company with less than a star, I would definitely do it.. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping.. I feel completely scammed.. I have bought swimwear and underwear online, in the sizes I usually wear in Calvin, but when they arrived, they were clearly way smaller than what they usually are, compared to Calvin’s sizes, and moreover they don’t fit with their size chart.. Moreover, some of the underwear were sewn completely wrong and they were defective. Some of the packing also seemed suspicious, like it had been opened before.. I have tried to reach them in multiple ways, and multiple times, for almost a month now, but without a single answer.. soon my period of returning the items will expire, and I’m standing with products that I can’t use, due they are way too small and defective.. I feel completely scammed spending so much money on so low quality bad products and the world’s worst customer service… It’s completely scam! Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from here!
I recently had a very concerning experience. After spending nearly £100 on a bag, I received an email the next day stating that my order would ship after the 27th of January. They also provided a 10% discount code as an apology, but it turned out to be invalid. When I tried to check for updates on my order, the website was no longer accessible, displaying a message that it had been removed. While I'm not overly worried since I used a secure payment method and expect to get my money back, it's alarming that they would use fake codes and then disappear like this. It's quite disappointing.
I placed an order for men's underwear on December 26th, and today is January 14th with no sign of the package. I've reached out multiple times to the customer service team, but I haven't received any response. I'm very disappointed with the service from such a well-known company.

Contacting customer support for assistance is futile, as they lack access to my order and only provide empty chatter and excuses without any resolution! My partner ordered some products about a week ago but did not receive all the items. Despite multiple attempts, she has been unable to reach customer support. She sent several emails without any reply. I tried to call customer support today and waited on hold for over 16 minutes without anyone answering, which resulted in charges for my failed attempt. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with both missing items and a total lack of support access. I kindly request clarification on the missing items, a resolution for the missing products or a refund, and reimbursement for the phone charges. You have three business days to respond, or we will escalate this matter.
