I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I placed my order on Wednesday and paid extra for express delivery, expecting to receive it by Friday, or at the latest, Monday. However, I only received it on Wednesday — a full week later. This is no better than standard delivery, which typically takes 5 days, and completely contradicts the promised 1–2 working days. Is this a scam?
Be careful if you order something on Calvin Klein website. If your product is the wrong size or any reason and you want to return it. It won't be possible because their policy is "If you open the package, we don't accept return" Which doesn't make sense in 2025 ! I mean bot being able to return an order just because the plastic bag is open... Anyway I recommend Zalando. It's safer
Not a great experience at calvin klein. Sent me an empty box with no item inside but they claimed that it was in the box according to their checks. I have no item just an empty box. Refused to refund me, we went back and forth until they eventually did. Annoyed is an understatement.
Calvin Klein is the only brand that works for me, I have a small scope but a pretty large cup and this is the first brand that workes for me! Also the pieces don’t look like trash once you’ve washed it twice. By now the only brand I wear for slips, socks and bras is Calvin Klein
