Review Time
I am very disappointed with Calvin Klein, as I still don’t have an update on my order and it’s been 5 days. There’s no customer service at all and I can’t cancel my order, even though it hasn’t been dispatched yet. The live chat function is useless and the customer service number doesn’t even work. I have always loved CK and have used their products for over 20 years, so I am shocked with such poor service. If I still don’t get an update soon, I will have no choice but to contact the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Purchased a pair of boxers and I have worn this pair only once and I have washed it only one time ( on a gentle cycle), and it is already unravelling (see attached photos). I love the boxers, but the poor quality is unfortunate, sad, and scary to see.
I ordered some sliders from them and unbeknown to me they was coming from the Netherlands but not a problem After a week they say they will be delivered on Thursday the 10th and I waited in all day for them I got a text from them to say that they had tried to deliver the parcel and couldn’t and that now my time had expired and the sliders where now gonna be sent back to them and once they receive them they will issue a refund and can take 14 days from that date Have you ever heard of anything so stupid my time has expired surely they should take this up with your courier company not me Anyway the after service I got was terrible and I would never ever buy from Calvin Klein again and would not recommend them to anyone either
BUYER BEWARE CALVIN KLEIN BEAUTY PERFUME. I complained about this perfume six months ago saying the bottle leaks and didn't here from them. I then bought another bottle thinking it will be fine, I was so wrong, this one is worse I spray it and it just runs down the outside of the bottle leaving it all over my hands and dressing table. This perfume is not cheap by any means and I expect better packaging and better customer support.
