Bought 2 pairs of loungewear joggers and a pack of white cotton vests from the Leeds store a few months ago before it closed down. Both pairs of joggers have started pilling and look tatty already. They haven’t washed well at all, and the hems on the white vests have come apart. I spent nearly £150 on these items I would have been better off going to Primark so I won’t be shopping at Calvin Klein again.
Ordered shoes from Calvin Klein and received the wrong color twice. The issue was due to incorrect product info on their website. Customer service was slow and unhelpful (Ref 03490342 – Matthew M. & Ethan W. & Sabrina J.), offering only a small discount or email back and wait for refund. Very disappointing experience from a brand I used to trust.Waste of time.
Dreadful service. Ordered some boxers on the 6th of June. On the 16th still not delivered. Went online chat with then and they confirmed it was lost, said they’d refund and ended the chat before I could reply. I didn’t want a refund, rather a replacement. So so slow to dispatch then then loose it then no option for a replacement. Plenty of other retailers sell CK best to probably use them.
My order was delivered despite me changing the delivery date,but not received.Clavin Klein refused to resolve this issue without me completing their online form which I have completed 7 times and yet they keep stating they have not received it. I will never use this company again, very poor customer service!!!

My GF bought me CK underpants in Portugal many years ago and I was very impressed by quality. This year while in Lithuania I decided to buy more. That was a huge mistake. The quality is so bad that I actually think these are the worst underpants I had, it was much higher quality in Soviet Union. Pathetic.
