If it were possible to give a rating lower than 1, I surely would. I ordered my item on November 29th with 3-5 working day shipping. On December 5th, I was informed it had only just shipped. I tried to inquire about my package on December 10th, but the tracking stopped updating. Customer support was nearly nonexistent, and I faced numerous disconnections. I regret not reading reviews beforehand and will never purchase from here again!
Like many other reviews, I give it a 1 star. It took over 9 days to deliver my order, and when I finally received it, I got the wrong item. I sent multiple emails without any acknowledgment or response. My advice is to avoid spending money with this service. It’s a disgraceful operation.
Avoid this service at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I fell for the brand name but realized it’s just that—a name with no service. I placed an order on 07.12.25, originally promised delivery in 4-5 days, but was informed the next day that shipping would be delayed. I attempted to contact them, but there was no effective means of communication. I will have to involve my bank to retrieve my payment. Very disappointing.
My parcel was marked as delivered by the service, but tracking shows it was left on someone else's doorstep (not mine). I tried to contact support but ended up going in circles. The live chat disconnects after hours of waiting. I lost £60 and will never use this service again. Absolutely unacceptable!

It doesn't fit properly, and the elastic bands have no stretch completely ineffective. I’m truly disappointed, especially because the other underwear from this brand is generally much more comfortable and of better quality. This product feels like a complete miss.I will never purchase from this brand again unless I can thoroughly review the product beforehand. Waste of money. Microfibre Stretch is just an adjective it has no stretch at all.
I ordered during a sale but was given a later delivery date than initially promised. It arrived even later. The item is too big, and they won’t exchange or price match. Their only options are to buy another size at full price or wait for the item to go on sale again. Very disappointing, and I won’t be purchasing again.
I should have paid more attention to the low-star reviews. I ordered a few things in the sale because the delivery window on the site suited me. Soon after, they emailed to say everything would now be sent out a week later. I replied straight away to explain that I’d be on holiday by then and couldn’t take the parcel. They didn’t respond at all. No attempt to help, no acknowledgment, nothing.
