I am going to share with you an email that I sent to Calvris and how they responded to me:
Congratulations Calvris,
You win. Keep my $50 and don't bother in "assisting" me further.
The only person who loses is my son for whom I was buying your product for. He suffers greatly from seborrheic psoriasis and I thought perhaps your product would provide him some relief in life.
All I received in return were false promises followed by stall tactics followed by disappointment.
You knew that I never received your product, yet you insisted on waiting for it to return to your warehouse, which apparently never happened. Then I was denied refund for a product, that was never received.
So once again, congratulations. You win.
Their response:
Hi Ariel,
We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration this situation has caused. We truly regret that your experience with us has not met your expectations, and we understand how upsetting this has been—especially given that the product was intended to help your son.
Please know that your feedback is taken seriously, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience, miscommunication, and delays you’ve encountered. This is not the experience we aim to provide our customers.

I was duped by the recurring payment. I got the product so thought I’d try it. It seems to be helping.
People are complaining about the smell; It’s medicated. Not everything should smell like roses.
I am going to keep trying to see if the dry flakiness disappears since I have a few extra jars.
Incredibly poor customer service, and only an offer of a thirty percent refund on the purchase, after an initial response sighting that further confirmation was needed from the fulfillment team correspondence abruptly ended when further questions were asked about the status of the claim. It has been well over the cited 10 day process as stated on the company website.
