I made several purchases with the Campervan Gift website for Christmas 2025, I left it late to order being past the last order date, having spoken to them on the phone they went over and beyond to make sure I would get my order and even upgraded me to next day delivery. A free gift was included and they personally followed up with a phone call to make sure the delivery arrived. Very impressed.

I ordered several items from this company for a family members birthday, coming to a cost of around £70. One ‘stocking filler’ type purchase was a car air freshener, costed at around £4. I did not receive this item in my posted order so contacted the company to explain this. I had thoroughly checked all packing/boxes etc given it is a small, flat item. Over several emails, they insisted it had been packaged and sent and said that they would not refund me, leaving me without an item I have paid for. In the context of a larger order, this is very poor customer service. I am disappointed with their attitude after purchasing and then contacting in good faith and would not use them again. I will suggest other friends and family members also avoid.
We ordered 2 blue VW camping chairs. No issue with order or delivery. However the chair bags are noticeably different colour blues. The chairs weren't cheap so want them to match. I just have contacted them for the 3rd time as customer services haven't responded to my email or answerphone message.
Terrible company ordered VW utility knife fe came scratched and broken When I contacted them they did offer refund no explanation on damaging that had occurred so with severe weather conditions it would be extremely inconvenient for me to go to a post office That might seem ok but why do we accept this it’s really inconvenient on the buyer They are either reselling returned items or are a drop shipper with no QC
Company went the extra mile to help me purchase some Christmas Gifts for my friend who owns a campervan. I have no clue about campervans but understand their owners know what they want.I spoke with a member of staff on the phone and via email who was a great help. To my surprise my items arrived next day too. I plan on using this website again for my friends future gifts
