Very dissatisfied with the service.

I am very dissatisfied. I submitted my sample two months ago and after four weeks, I emailed for an update but received no response. I did get a message confirming they received the sample and was told I would receive results in 72 hours. Now, two weeks later, I still have no results and my three follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I requested a refund but have heard nothing back. It feels like a scam, and the customer service is terrible. At this point, I worry they may have lost my sample and I might never receive a refund or an update. My sister has used this service twice, but after my experience, she has decided to go with a different company from the UK. I am not happy at all.

Severely dissatisfied

Severely dissatisfied. I submitted the sample two months ago and reached out after four weeks without receiving any response. I requested a refund but got no response. The term scam comes to mind, along with poor customer service. At this point, I fear they may have lost my sample and I won't hear from them again regarding a refund, or I might randomly receive results for another pet. My sister has used their services twice but, after my experience, she plans to switch to a company based in the UK. Very unhappy overall.

I placed an order on June 16, which I still haven't received. The payment was deducted from my account, and I've been trying to contact them for a week to get an update, but no one has responded to my emails. There’s no phone number or chat option for support, so if I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.

Encouraged to check for sensitivities

I was encouraged to check for sensitivities in my dog. After researching, I found many positive reviews for the service. I sent in my dog's fur in mid-December, expecting delays due to the holiday season, but received results within two weeks. I had some questions about the results and was treated kindly and respectfully! I will certainly use their services again for similar needs in the future.

Extremely satisfied

I am very impressed with this service. I have an English Bulldog who has experienced many flare-ups. I previously conducted an expensive test through the vet, which was painful for him, and the results indicated no allergies or intolerances. I was frustrated because he continued to have reactions. I discovered this service through an online Bulldog community, ordered the premium test kit, and found it easy and painless for my dog. The results came back quickly, revealing everything my dog is intolerant to. Now I feel validated and can eliminate items that trigger his flare-ups.

Very happy with the service!

I am very happy with the customer service! More importantly, I am relieved to have identified the cause of one of my cat's symptoms—it was the salmon! Recently, she was scratching and overgrooming. After receiving the test results, I adjusted her diet, and she is much better now. I also decided to test my other cat and dog, even without symptoms, as I believe the results are a valuable guide for providing them with the best diet and monitoring allergens in the environment. I've already recommended this service to several friends!

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. I conducted two tests for the same dog under different names, and each result was completely different—one claimed an allergy to chicken while the other indicated salmon. When I inquired about the discrepancies, I received no response. On a positive note, I did get my money back, but I would not recommend this service. Taking this test feels like wasting money.

Complete scam

A complete scam. They fail to mention that samples must be sent to the UK, which adds at least three weeks to the already slow service. This timing conveniently aligns with the period where you can no longer dispute through payment services. I am currently in a dispute to recover my money. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Best decision ever!

Best decision ever, thanks to the amazing customer service. I submitted a question over a long weekend and received a response the next day. Testing both my dogs was easy, and I appreciated the confirmation that my samples were received. I received the report just a couple of days later. I opted for the premium package, and the report was clear and easy to understand. I avoid anything marked red, limit yellow, and focus on green. The change in my older dog has been remarkable; he’s excited to eat again! I highly recommend this service and this test!
