Still ice on the lake so haven't been able to try out my board/dock but been very impressed with the communication from the company and the products look good. Looking forward to getting them on the water.
I first heard of Canadian Board Co. when I was visiting my daughter in Kelowna, B.C. We went to a boat show and Jaegar was set up there. I really liked the floating dock and thought it would be great for our cabin in Saskatchewan. After getting home, I couldn't stop thinking about the dock. I ordered one and a pump. It came very quickly. We have used it up at the lake for a couple years now and love it. It's good quality, sturdy and so useful. Easy to pump up and take down. We leave ours on the lake from June to August or early September. It's great for the kids to play on, jump off of and lay on to catch some warm summer sun. We also slowly drag it out to deep water with several other boats/ neighbors and we float in the water around it and sit on the dock. Many afternoons were spent in this way. This year with the price of gas to run the boat, I see it being used in this way even more. My next purchases will be the floating chairs. Thanks Canadian Board Co., Jaegar and the rest of the crew.
I originally posted a 1 star review but after considering the owners kindness and explanation to my dislike of the timeline and shipping challenges, I have changed the rating to 3 star. I still haven't opened the package until this summer to see what type of product it is.
The sales Team at Vancouver Boat show were enthusiastic and confident that the platform was among the best in industry. They took all the time we needed to make our decision without pressuring us. The vendor discount was an appreciated addition. We are curiously looking at the pair of chairs. Also delivery came within about 5 or 6 days. Package was received as promised. However, there was a bit of damage to the box. The “YACHT DOCK” inside was looked at and no damage evident. The gal who sold it to us at the Vancouver boat show was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to try this thing out! Cheers
