I would never buy from Worten again, whilst they are super helpful when you buy if you have a problem it’s near on impossible to get help. Phone number tells you to email now, you email, no one answers your mail. You try WhatsApp they lady looked Monday, it’s Thursday now … you call the WhatsApp number, no answer (5 times) and the mail box is full … last attempt I try by Facebook… they answer a day later … Sorry … you need to call the shop!
I bought a washing machine online the delivery was booked for last Saturday it is now Tuesday and still no washing machine. I tried to telephone the delivery company 6 times nobody answers the telephone. I have sent worten customer service 5 emails requesting my washing machine or a refund. No reply at all. They obviously do not care and have zero customer service. Stay way from this company.
We chose a big company to get our air conditioner for protection. We made sure we got a 5 year warranty. Last year we bought from La Chafiras. It was a Becken at 259 eu and 265 eu installation and 43 eu for extended warranty. After very little use the air conditioner stop functioning with E6 message. We did have a man come to look at the air conditioner but he would not go on roof where outside air conditioner unit is. They said they want 325 eu to repair, more than the cost of the air conditioner. We said we don’t want to pay that much to find the same problem would happen again. After several visits to customer service to complain, we were told ‘case is closed’. They say they will ring you back. They never do. We are not sure yet if there are misunderstandings and possibly a language barrier at the way this situation has been dealt with. Unfortunately our spanish is limited but the 2 gentlemen at customer service desk spoke very good English and were helpful. We hope to hear from Wortens Manager with a fair solution once our written complaint has been reviewed.
