I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store, especially online. The delivery times shown before checkout look reasonable, but in reality orders take far longer to arrive, often stretching into weeks. What’s worse, this seems to be a recurring pattern rather than an occasional delay.
This kind of practice feels misleading and raises serious concerns about compliance with EU consumer protection laws, which require clear and accurate information about delivery times.
Another major issue is the lack of customer support. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone or get reliable updates about your order.
Overall, there are far better alternatives with transparent policies and proper customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I don’t recommend buying anything from them, especially online. On the product pages, the estimated delivery time before purchase is 3–5 days, but the actual average delivery time is about 3–4 weeks (which is ridiculous in 2026) and this isn't a one-time thing you have to wait such a long time for the items every single time. Also, there’s no way to talk to anyone about your order because all the contact numbers have disappeared from their website. It’s better to shop on Amazon—at least there’s customer service and actual delivery times, plus it’s much, much faster and, above all, CHEAPER. I’ll never buy anything from them again.
I ordered a hand mixer online. The website said it would be available in the shop within 5 days. 10 days later it hasn't arrived and nobody seems to know where it is. So don't trust the delivery time they advertise on their site?
I ordered an air conditioning unit using Worten Canarias Online. On arrival, I realised that I had ordered the wrong item. Worten informed me that it was not possible to return it because it is not in their Terms and Conditions to allow the return of air conditioners and other large items.This is totally illegal, as all customers have a statutory right to return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.To finally succeed in my claim, I had to use La Organización de Consumidores y Usuarios (OCU). This whole process took about 6 weeks to resolve and even after they came to collect the item, I had to push them again to actually make the refund.I don't recommend purchasing anything from Worten. In addition, their post-sales customer service is awful. There is no phone number to call, it is impossible to talk to a human, there are rather vague web page form submissions you can fill in, but it seems hit and miss as to whether they will reply.If you go into one of their shops to try to resolve a situation like this, they tell you that their online services and their physical stores are totally separate from each other and that it is not their problem.Probably one of the worst retail experiences of my life.

I ordered a fridge online and was told it would be delivered within 3 days, with a call from the delivery company beforehand. That never happened.When the delivery finally took place — 13 days later — the experience only got worse. The delivery driver began shouting at me over the phone because Google Maps showed the wrong street location. I was doing my best to help them find the house, and being yelled at while trying to assist is completely unacceptable. This kind of treatment is simply unbelievable.On top of that, the customer service is virtually non-existent. There is no reliable way to reach anyone by phone or email to check the status of your order or to request a refund. The lack of communication, delayed delivery, and unprofessional behavior throughout the process have been deeply disappointing.After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never order from Worten again.
Wish I had read these reviews before giving anything to this shocker of a company.Ordered a new Samsung mobile phone. Order Paid, should be delivered 3 - 5 Business Days. 1 week later, drove to the store and was told can take 2 - 3 weeks, emailed their office who promised to respond in 24 hours. Eventually they cancelled the order 8 days later. They did not even respond to the follow up complaint. They are light years behind other electrical retailers in Europe
