Good feeling

Well, there you are as a man at Worten in Puerto del Rosario. At home, with your wife, you have chosen a new washing machine, but in the shop you naturally have to deal with stock, new types or washing machines recommended by Worten. After an extensive round, fortunately without often annoying salespeople around you, I went to the 3 present. Mikaela immediately inquired about the stock, looked in the warehouse and gave advice per type indicated by me. From 5 to 2 and finally the choice. Mikaela had patience, knowledge of the business and good advice. After half an hour I went home with a good feeling.

I wanted a new toaster simply enough…

I wanted a new toaster simply enough self selection from the shelve then pay, however waited to pay for 15 mins while only one cash desk was open serving one customer also as customers returns. Eventually the man I saw hovering around the TVs trying to look busy went to open a satellite desk and asked the man behind me if he wanted to pay. Fortunately the guy was honest enough to point out I had been waiting longer. Then guy behind me had been waiting 10 mins. I did not want to register extra just pay. Touch debit card receipt and out the store. It was 15 mins drive playa del inglés to vecindario because of heavy traffic the return journey 10. Time waiting to be delt with 15min and 5 mins paying. That almost half the total time spent in the store

Ordering simple, collection time consuming

Ordering online was simple. Service in store for collection was poor and time consuming.

Worten service is awful

Worten service is awful. Ordered a fridge/freezer for delivery but since they now have our money cannot get them to deliver. Been to the shop, telephone, email, used their online system waste of time. Poor Service we have waited in now on 3 separate days as we were told that is when they would deliver but still waiting. Will have to cancel and find a reliable company. No use advertising if you cannot supply the goods. Be warned.

I ordered a fridge freezer online and…

I ordered a fridge freezer online and was informed it would be delivered in 3 days and the delivery company would telephone me before delivery I was not contacted before the delivery was made so unfortunately I didn't get the item having travelled to the store in Los chaffiras I was informed it would be delivered on Tuesday morning before 3pm having waited in all day for my order it never arrived again I traveled to the store and was told I will receive a email from the company within 24 hours but was never contacted the customer service is absolutely ni (you are unable to telephone or email them to progress your order or request a refund) once again I traveled to the store and cancelled my order and requested a refund I was informed I would receive a email which I duly received and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours surprise surprise I never received any response from Worten again I traveled to the store and informed them to return the money to my bank account (finally 10 weeks later I have received a refund this is totally unacceptable the customer service is so poor I would never ever order from Worten again

Online purchase went very wrong!

I ordered online a very small refrigerator. Delivered as a normal post package by an external delivery agency, it was damaged. Worten took ONE WEEK to deliver the fridge (the warehouse is only 40Km far from my home), They offer no telephone for assistance. I called one of their shop for help but I got none. Via WEB they took 6 days to answer! In the meantime I needed the fridge operative so I had to install it damaged. I would expect at least a partial refund but they failed even there.Not more buying online for me in this shop!No decent words can be used to describe how their service were.

Worst Company Ever!!!

Worst company ever for customer service. Their tracking service doesn't work; gave me a delivery date for the previous year! They have no way of letting the customer call them and no email address to complain. There is an automated service, but the options are not what a customer would need and there is no option to choose another to complain. Basically, once they have your money, then they really don't care. Their couriers are just as bad. You are expected to sit in the house and wait for days in the hope that your delivery arrives. And absolutely no way to complain to them. Really awful company.

NEVER BUY HERE

The order was immediately shown as "delivered" and the delivery date is of last year ????the tracking number does not exist on the transporters website. There are no contact options by phone and they don’t answer on my mailsNEVER BUY HERE!!!!!

The worst shop on Tenerife island

The worst shop on Tenerife island. I have been waiting for a dishwasher (which was apparently in the store) for 1.5 months, nobody was keeping in touch about delays, only on the day of planned deliveries couriers called me a few times with the same text: that their car broke and they can’t deliver (how many times cars can break?), I needed to come personally to the store everytime (because no phone was working in the shop, no email available & only possibility is to talk with the boot, who pretends to be a human and is never able to help). I have never seen such a messy organization. Additionally, people working in the physical stores are not kind or helpful at all, even rude. I had multiple other problems with this shop. I highly recommend to try buying things elsewhere.When I was reporting a complaint in the physical store about not receiving my purchase, I met another person who claimed not to receive the purchase for 3 months. After reporting a problem - there was not even sorry, no compensation for my losses (workers being not able to proceed with renovation etc.), nothing..
