Products are ok (T9HC) but it is a joke that the 3g boxes are full of sticks and sometimes even little STONES... In average 0,5 gramms is just goes to waste...
Last week I have ordered 3x3g boxes and once I threw all the sticks and the stone away I was left with 7.4 gramms...
Because of this I cannot give more than 2stars...

The device stopped working after just two days of light use, even though there was still a good amount of liquid left. This isn't just a matter of varying puff counts; it's clearly a defective battery. I reached out to the support team hoping for some accountability. Instead, after nearly a month of waiting, I was informed that they "don't accept complaints regarding performance duration." Essentially, if your device fails early, you're left to deal with it yourself. This is a disposable electronic product, which contributes to e-waste. When a battery fails before the liquid is even halfway used, that indicates a manufacturing defect, not "user behavior." Any reputable company in this field recognizes this and would replace faulty units without hassle. Their refusal to acknowledge this is very troubling. If you're thinking of purchasing from them, keep in mind: If the battery fails early, they won't replace it.
They take weeks to respond, only to deny any responsibility.
You might end up paying high prices for what amounts to e-waste. There are many trustworthy brands that stand by their products. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this is not one of them.

On October 14, 2025, at 12:53 PM, I placed my second order because I was very satisfied with the first one and really liked the products I had chosen. I added items to my cart and selected the cash on delivery payment method, then confirmed the order. Today is November 8th, and I'm still waiting for the shipment I created on October 14, 2025. I'm still giving the highest rating in hopes that this unpleasant situation can be resolved. Thank you for your attention.
