I can’t comment on the quality of the product because I still haven’t received it. I was supposed to have received it two days ago and at this point the only thing the company can tell me is that it is “in production” and they will get it to me as soon as possible. They’ve been telling me that for the last week when I reached out because I noticed that I wasn’t getting any status updates. They won’t let me cancel the order and refund my money.
Stay far away from this scam company. This company falsy advertises the size of their canvases on their website. When you order a canvas in a specific size you expect to receive that size. The first canvas I ordered in a 16" x 20" canvas and I received a 15.625" x 19.75" canvas. I emailed them and asked for a full refund and they offered me a 20% refund. When I said no to that they offered to reprint the order as 16" x 20" as requested. I received the reprinted canvas in the same exact incorrect size as the first one. When I complained about the wrong size again, I requested a full refund and now they are refusing to give me my money back and make it right with the customer. Now I have 2 canvases I have to spend more money trying to fit it into my frame. Needless to say this company is not customer oriented and only care about money. I hope that this helps anyone thinking about using this company to go elsewhere when having canvases printed.
Poor quality products. Hung them up 3 months after they arrived as I had work commitments. A few months on the wall the backing started to peel off the sticky tape they used to hold the mounting plate revealing the wall… asked for a replacement, but was told warranty is only 3 months. The 99+ warranty offered is only on canvas… their defective work in only warrantied for 3 months from purchase
The product quality was subpar and the customer service was unhelpful. The item arrived defective, and rather than resolving the problem, they provided excuses and a disappointing 15% discount as a gesture, despite having initially agreed to a full refund. They delayed the process in hopes that I would give up. It was a total waste of time and money. I would advise others to steer clear of this company.
I received a damaged item, a framed portrait of my parents' dog, who has sadly passed away. They promised to send a replacement but never did. When I attempted to follow up multiple times, I was ignored. This is a questionable company with terrible customer service. I would recommend avoiding them.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, and tracking info only came after I contacted support. The image quality has some issues, but the canvas itself is nice. However, I wouldn’t choose to order from this service again due to the risks.
The photos turned out really well! They shipped from overseas and I missed the delivery a few times. Eventually, I found my package buried in a snowbank at the end of my long driveway. It's odd because the delivery service had a photo of my door. Thankfully, everything was well packaged.
I do not recommend this service! I ordered several pillows but only received one, despite paying extra for faster shipping. The company is not based locally, and one representative hung up on me. I requested a refund, but they want proof of receiving just one item. It's frustrating!
