I’m giving 5 stars because I love my new shower head. In fact I ordered a couple more! The one thing I’d change is, the holder for the shower head could be a little more stable. We have terrible water pressure and your product fixed that, but the holder seems unstable when water is running through the shower head, and also especially if I’ve got it in stop mode. If others have said that I’d be interested to know. I absolutely love the filter. Our water comes from a creek so it has really helped. Thank you for a great product and thank you for asking my opinion.
After placing the order, it arrived in approximately two weeks. The installation process was straightforward, and the shower head performs excellently. The water appears softer, and our hair feels lighter after washing. A few weeks later, I replaced the filter, and the difference in contamination was evident. It seems like the filter is effectively purifying the water.
Excellent flow and strong pressure. Included everything necessary for installation, even the plumber's tape. I just wish that the buy one get one offer included two of each item instead of just the shower head. Overall, it's a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.
The quality is subpar and predominantly plastic. I expected better since we chose what was marketed as the original. The advertisements suggest it’s more versatile than it truly is. Mine has only two settings, neither of which is as powerful as my previous showerhead. It's no surprise they offer one for free.
I've been using 2 sets for a little over 2 months now. The shower head and filters are fantastic! They truly deliver as expected. However, the hose isn't well-made or of good quality. It got tangled while the water was running, causing water to spray out of the hose, but fortunately, a standard replacement from an online retailer did the job.

There was no customer service phone number available, so I quickly emailed the company within 5 minutes asking them to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I received no response. The next day, I was notified that the item had shipped earlier that day. I emailed them again and got a prompt reply, but they stated that nothing could be done since the item had already been shipped. It's remarkable how quickly they responded once the item was on its way. The company is dishonest: 1) they added a subscription without my consent, and 2) they ignored my cancellation request until after shipping. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card.
I bought this shower head on October 20th and had to replace the hose because it broke. I purchased a new, expensive hose recently, and today the shower head itself cracked. This has been the worst product I've ever bought. It feels like needles hitting my body, so I have to use the button to reduce the pressure as suggested by the support team. I've never had a relaxing shower with it. My whole family dislikes it and agrees it feels like needles! I'm doubtful about getting a refund since I'm past the 40-day money-back guarantee. It seems designed to fail shortly after purchase!
I really enjoy this shower head. My only concern is that I've had to replace both of them within a few months due to breakage. I hope this isn't a recurring problem because I truly love it. The pressure is excellent, and the spray is smooth and relaxing. I recommend it since the replacements were provided at no cost.
