I am furious and deeply disappointed with CapCut. The app is advertised as free, but I was suddenly charged €149.99 for a yearly subscription that I never wanted or knowingly approved. This is completely unacceptable.There was no clear warning, and the way the subscription was presented is extremely misleading. It feels like a scam designed to trick users into paying for something they didn’t agree to.I trusted CapCut because of its popularity, but now I feel cheated and deceived. I immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund — I truly hope CapCut does the right thing and returns my money.To anyone reading this: be very careful before downloading or using this app. What they claim is “free” can end up costing you a lot.
I cannot be more dissatisfied with this company.They advertise 7 days trial. I pay what they ask which is no less than 23€ then after 7 days I decide not to contionue so I unsubscribe which mean I am not longer using the benefits of the app. Now is been three month I am writing, they asked for many bank details and that they will be back to me in 14 days and they never answered. The charge was clearly done by CAPCUT in my bank statement and not by Apple.I will write them email until I get my money back! Is a service I have not used and will never use in the future! They literally steal from me and furthermore have more bank details which I dont know what they will do with them. Is scarry.
