Just like the others, they took £39.90 from my account two days after a supposed ‘subscription’ check. They are aware of their actions, and after contacting them, they refused to refund me. I'm now working with my bank for a refund and will be reporting the company.

Unauthorized Charge Surprise

I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge of £39.90 taken from my account by this company. I never consented to any subscription service, nor did I authorize this payment. To make matters worse, I cannot access the account supposedly set up in my name. Despite multiple attempts, logging in is impossible, leaving me unable to cancel or manage this fraudulent subscription. I have disputed the charge with my bank, but the company has provided no transparency or support. This practice is deceptive and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Their actions are fraudulent, and customers deserve better protection against such dishonest transactions.

Caution required if you use this website... I paid an initial £5.95 to check a car's history, but they attempted to charge me an additional £39.90 days later, which I did not authorize. Luckily, my bank declined the payment.
