Frustrated with Frequent Warranty Issues

I've had to replace my warranty cover four times. It tears easily from the wind after just over a year. I've been paying a warranty surcharge of $40 for each new shipment, and now they're charging $70 for this one. It's frustrating that they don't support their products adequately. If you're near the ocean and experience any wind, I strongly advise against purchasing this product. You will likely be let down.
