A company who stills provide a personal service

How wonderful it is to deal with a company that delivers such a personal and helpful service. It was so refreshing to talk to a human when you have a query, not AI. As a disabled person in a wheelchair they were so helpful, gave good advice on my needs, and the goods I received were excellent.
