Review Time
The quality of the trousers is well up to my expectations. They are of substantial manufacture and look as though they will stand the test of time. The thermal lining does its job adequately, keeping my legs warm when out in a cold wind. One star is detracted because fulfillment of my order was slower than expected and not on a par with other online retailers.The order was placed on a Sunday evening and was instantly marked as 'processing' on my account which did not change until Tuesday evening when it was marked as 'order dispatched' I was not given a tracking number or any other information at this point as to when I may expect delivery despite the promise that items are dispatched by Royal Mail 48. I then heard nothing more until I received an Email from Royal Mail two days later on the Thursday which gave me the tracking number and said they had received my package. I finally received my order the following Monday which is a full week from ordering.As I said at the beginning, the quality of the item is excellent and I would not hesitate to order again but the company is letting itself down in delaying dispatch and not informing the customer of when to expect delivery, by earlier provision of a tracking number or an informative Email, as customers, like myself, may need to make arrangements for the receipt of packages.
Wrong trouser size arrived and I rang and left a message a week ago. No response. I emailed and no response My account does not seem to be accessible now and their website is down. With a disabled husband I do not have lots of time to keep chasing up. Trousers look ok but will not fit.
