Absolutely outstanding!We have visited Cariad Babi several times since expecting our first baby 4 years ago - we have received exceptional service each time that we have been! The knowledge, passion, and support demonstrated by every member of staff that we have spoken to has been incredible.
Leah was really knowledgeable and helpful. We had pre-ordered a high backed booster from the store to try and she took the time to show us how it worked on the mock seat in the store and let my grandson try the seat for size. Then she showed us how to install it in our car before trying the seat in another car to check the fit.Leah was patient, welcomed any questions we had and was thorough with the demonstration of the seat fitting, ensuring we were happy with the installation and fit before we left
I had a 1-1 appointment for our new car seat now our little girl is outgrowing her infant carrier. Kia was super helpful and so knowledgeable! The service was 10/10 and has continued to be whilst l've been struggling with tethers in different cars. Highly recommend the after care help too. Will be recommending to friends
We had a car seat fit/advice appointment with Kia, who provided excellent advice with no obligation to buy. We appreciated the baby change facilities and the toys to keep little ones occupied. We got all the information we needed and we are very happy with our new car seat.
