Review Time
The hair color didn’t match at all. It had too much orange in in it and it was too big. I was told to put it on again and put it as low in the back as possible and that they look different when brand new but will look better after it has some wear. Also was told they are all a little big big…. So it was a waste…. Will not order from them again.

Eager to receive my extensions, I chose to pay the extra shipping for the right color and kept the others. When the new ones arrived, I was pleasantly surprised—they matched perfectly! I’m thrilled with how well they blend with my hair. After losing all my hair due to chemotherapy over five and a half years ago, I never thought I would regain my long hair, as it grows so slowly. In these five years, my hair has only just reached the top of my shoulders, and I worried I wouldn’t have enough time to wait for it to grow back to its former length. Thank you so much; I feel like myself again and beautiful! I sincerely appreciate the support team.
If I could rate them lower, I absolutely would. Their website claims easy returns, which is simply not true. Avoid purchasing from this company; save your money. I wasted $59, and I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I interacted with two agents, and it was not a pleasant experience.

It took over three weeks to receive my order. Now, the refund process is incredibly complicated, and I'm ready to give up. Their return policy is a nightmare. It arrived too late, and they don’t cover return shipping; it’s not worth purchasing.
