The hoodie is fantastic now that it has finally arrived. It took a month to get here, which wouldn't have been a problem if the communication had been more effective. I received no tracking information until I followed up, and then it surprisingly appeared the next day.
This platform feels unreliable. All orders take around four weeks to arrive since they source their products from overseas. The customer service is lacking. The frustration from this company isn't worth it. I discovered it was started by a group of young individuals who seem indifferent to customer concerns.
