However Belinda and the team set about marketing, providing a very good brochure and window display.Very shortly 2 viewings later we had a buyer. Belinda was instrumental in obtaining an agreed value and in recommending a conveyancer, which was Elite Conveying and I would highly recommend them as do Carter Jonas. They were great.Tina then took over the processes to represent us throughout the progression of the sale.
