Review Time
My partner and I went to view a rental property with our children. We decided we loved it and put an application straight in and received the acknowledgement email. We didn't hear anything following this so we chased it up... and chased it up .... and chased it up! .... Carter Jonas kept making excuses, 'we've come through to the wrong department', 'the agent dealing with us isn't it' etc etc. They just NEVER responded, awful way to treat a family with young children who were excited to move into their new home. You are dealing with people's lives! Never known anything like this. Presumably we weren't strong candidates for this property but actually telling us would have been appreciated! We went by a little while after and new tenants were already moving in. Appalling services!. Further Notes: Carter Jonas has asked for more information twice now, again without even acknowledging it being sent the first time so I won't be wasting my time sending the information for a second time.
Great experience overall in negotiating new home to rent. Team, and especially Sam, is extremely professional, courteous, and easy to interact with. Great follow-ups too once initial deal was agreed, making sure we could close as quickly and efficiently as possible. Very glad they were our counterpart.
Throughout the sale of my Uncle's house Andrew kept me up to date at all stages of the process. He was diligent, compassionate and got the sale of the house over the line despite a few bumps in the road. I would not hesitate to call on Andrew again in the future.

I rented a tidy commercial site to Railtrack by means of Carter Jonas as their agent. It was for a year. Carter Jonas were allegedly managing the licence and agreed reinstatement of the site afterwards. From the beginning it took 6 months to get the rent. The site was left in March 2024 like a building site, with so much debri left that it is impossible to rent out again in its present state. The person from CJ tasked with checking the site at the end of the rental period, just didn’t bother and now says there’s no evidence that was how it was left. ( I will not mention her name at present as she does appear to be trying to get me a contact number for the main contractor responsible for this mess ) Sam Dean,from CJ, who had taken over as my contact for the deal, now says he knows nothing about it, in spite of emails from him in June apologising for his lack of action. He refuses to answer the phone to me or reply to my messages. How professional is that? CEO - Richard Bruce take note. You are employing a bunch of USELESS CLOWNS at your Warrington office, who seem to think that once they have got the business, they can ignore the promises they have made and deny all future responsibility. Never has it proved so true - the saying that self praise is no recommendation. DO NOT believe the hype of this amazing, professional and efficient company. Nothing could be further from the truth. My contacts at Carter Jonas, Warrington, have proved totally useless, lying, and will promise anything to get the business, and produce NOTHING. I dread to think how much Railtrack are wasting by employing this bunch of cons.

Brilliant service from Carter Jonas in Marlborough. Fred has made the process of selling the house effortless, and went beyond the reasonable requirements to make everything work. Thank you Fred. Also, I want to say thank you to the lettting team, especially Neda which she was very helpful and extremely nice with the letting process.
We first experienced Carter Jonas when my wife and I were very keen to purchase a bungalow they were advertising in our village . So we commissioned them to sell our house as a condition of a double transaction. As a result, the complications were immense, but their partner Fred, plus all their supporting staff performed wonders in terms of the necessary 4 way communication process and both transactions were successfully completed within an acceptable time frame. Not easy when two of the individuals involved lived in Scotland and Paris !
