I read the complaints in the reviews posted on this advertiser. The ad was on YouTube. I tried to report it to Google and my report repeatedly failed to send. If you see an ad on YouTube or any other social media site, do NOT make any purchases from these advertisers. they are all scams and the platforms do not restrict them. As long as the advertisers pay for the ad, the platform will accept them without any regulation.
