Total scam and fraud. I've already cancelled my subscription and they still charging my card. Casavista support is totally useless. Do not try this app they will rip you off
If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. The app promotes a free trial but immediately charges your account. To cancel, you must email the support team, and their replies may take up to two days—plenty of time for them to withdraw your funds. Very misleading and I do not recommend it.
I feel completely taken advantage of. I was charged TWICE for the same account and then hit with another double charge for a different billing period. There's no option to cancel; it just leads to DEAD ENDS. Despite numerous emails, I haven't received any response. The support team is unresponsive. This is the first time I've encountered such an outrageous situation. It feels like fraud.
I would give zero stars if I could! They charged me AUD$30 on the day I signed up, claiming it was a free trial. Then, just three days later, I was hit with another $30 charge. My emails requesting to stop the payments and refund my money went unanswered. I had to report it to my bank and cancel my card. This feels like a scam!
This app needs to be taken down! They are scammers, taking unauthorized payments. There is no option to cancel on their app, and their website offers no way to do so either. DO NOT SIGN UP or you'll end up needing to cancel your card and report the fraud to your bank to recover your money. You won't get any help from them. It's baffling how they can sleep at night, but I suspect they lack empathy and have a strong disregard for the harm they cause.
This service is a scam and will continue to charge your credit card without your consent. When you reach out to them, they claim there's nothing they can do. Don't give up -- keep emailing them to cancel and assert that you did not authorize these charges, and then initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider. I hope this review helps others avoid this scam and that you never have to provide them with your billing information, but if you do, good luck!
Fraudulent service - there’s no way to cancel subscriptions. They guide you on how to cancel, but there’s no button to do so. It doesn’t appear in your App Store like it normally would, making it impossible to disconnect. I had to cancel my card because of this - what a waste of time. Avoid this app at all costs!
