How I wish I had read these reviews before i signed up - paid for a 6 month subscription and shortly after random amounts of money kept being taken from my credit card in the name of massprofit casavista ... had to put a merchant block on my credit card for it to stop It was way INXS of the subscription i signed up for AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company is not legitimate- they're scammers. They scam you into buying their software. Then I got charged for three other add-ons. Imagine my surprise when I looked in my email to see four separate invoices. Minutes after buying I requested a refund for all of them and they would not give it.
If I could rate them no stars I would. We’ve had £60 taken out of our bank account in 1 day. We’ve tried contacting them, and our bank. We’re waiting on a dispute being resolved. We never signed up to a subscription through the app and they gained instant access to bank card through the apple wallet. Our bank have said that we can’t report as fraud but you are being fraudulent!!!!
Scam. Unfortunately I also tried the free trial and started getting g charged immediately. My cc recognized it as fraud and removed the charges but CV continues to charge random amou ts at random billing dates. There’s no way to login or change your password. (They give you the option and say “wait 5 minutes for a code” But never send the code.) I will now have to cancel my credit card.
