SCAM SCAM SCAM ILLEGAL SCAMI’ve tried to contact support for a refund but they don’t answer, just send you to their ‘FAQ’ page They’ve tried to take over £80 in the last few days. They are evil and I don’t even know how they’re getting my money, it doesn’t show up on my Apple subscriptions and I’ve deleted my account with the app. What is going on?! I can’t afford this!

Casavista scam

As with many, took lowest package for AI design app., didn’t realise until received email about auto renewal ( having cancelled months previous through Apple subscriptions). Then when I looked at statement there were 13 transactions, and they were starting to keep taking every few weeks., until I got bank involved, as they were debiting against a card that I had changed but and were still accessing account with unauthorised transactions. Fraud team resolved by contacting them so all refunded. But be careful

I got scammed by this company

I got scammed by this company I bought a package for a 7 days free trial and got charged right away 1$ which was returned and immediately they charged me 39,98$ without getting the app or anything else I got charged a bundle which I didn’t buy , I had to cancel my credit card renewed critical review:they have a system that they charge you through your app wallet , without connecting a subscripition to it so you can't really cancel it.They tried more than 8 times in diffrent days to charge me more than the initial transaction (31/10 29.99, 31/10 29.99 , 31/10 19.99, 31/10 6.99 ,1/11 29.99 , 2/11 29.99, 3/11 29.99, 4/11 29.99) fortunatelly i had canceled my card an hour after the event.What i did was i followed their page and went under every add they posted and expressed my feelings that they are SCAM and my experience so they send me a message and they returned my money , after i comment in all of their Facebook photos and also making an angry face like because after a while you couldn't see my comments, because they had hidden them.In general i am really unsatisfied with Facebook and the Apple App store because i couldn't find a way to protest although i reported it , in any way possible, also after looking here i realized that most of the AI decoration Apps are probably from the same company and they do the exact same thing.So people be very carefull.For me the subject hasn't ended here as i plan to file for a law suit. Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!! Have taken out multiple amounts during the days of trial period.. Said I signed up to 4 different features which I did not and would not. Now they won't respond. I tested one design for my kitchen and it was so bad it was embarrassing, It was still my current kitchen with a bright aqua fridge and oven thrown in and our window removed. I couldn't believe it..!?!?

It's a scam app and business

It's a scam app and business. It whole business is reliant on assuming people will try the app then forget about it totally, while they keep charging you money and make it hard to refund or complaint about unexpected charges. Unlike other apps, you can't claim for a refund through the straightforward Apple website. Apple should know about that especially that the payment has happened through Apple pay. I tried emailing them to get a refund and they seemed very proudly and falsely stating: 'We'd like to point out that transactions or subscriptions are initiated independently by users during the purchase process.' Unfortunately, we can't refund your order since you purchased CasaVista. They are confidently scamming people without any shame nor feeling sorry.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam. The app makes you pay before setting up an account - once you go to set it up, it states there’s an error so you never get to link an account and then when you go out of the app and back in, it makes you pay again because there’s no account. Customer service emails all come back the same and ask for your email on the account which of course, doesn’t exist and when you explain the issue to them, the same email comes back. Don’t give them your money

THIS APP IS A TOTAL SCAM

THIS APP IS A TOTAL SCAM. My Amex card is linked to my Apple App Store & I've been getting Amex charges on my card from Casavista however, the charges are not showing on my Apple account. I originally double clicked on iphone for Casavista to go on the 7 day trial. Somehow from that action they get my Amex card details and start billing me for a package of random apps. Repeat, no CasaVisa related purchases are showing on my Apple account. Just random different amounts on my Amex card. It's so bizarre. I will be reporting this to Apple obviouslyI've contacted Amex and blocked the merchant.
