If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! They charged me AUD$30 on the day I signed up for what was supposed to be a free trial. Then, just three days later, I was charged another $30. My emails asking them to stop the payments and refund my money were ignored. I had to alert my bank and cancel my card. SCAM!
I downloaded the app, and the free trial started, but I was charged immediately. I contacted customer support, and they approved a refund, but the next day I was charged again even after canceling my subscription and deleting the app. I reached out again, but they never responded despite multiple emails. Worst experience ever, definitely a scam service.
Avoid this service – misleading subscriptions and terrible customer support. I signed up for a free trial just to explore the app, but they immediately deducted money from my account. When I reached out for help, they refused to issue a refund, citing a ridiculous excuse: that I didn’t use the app ‘seven days in a row’ or create designs. This condition was buried in their policy, clearly designed to deny refunds. A free trial should not incur charges, and refunds shouldn’t depend on how actively you use an app you never intended to buy. This feels unethical. Customer support just copies their policy instead of addressing the issue. I wouldn’t trust this service with my money.
Terrible service, designed to trap users and charge for free trials. I hope legal actions are taken against those who create such deceptive applications and mislead the public with unauthorized fraudulent charges. They should be removed from app stores.

Signed up for free trial. They charged my card immediately with several different amounts. My banks declined this transaction due to being suspicious activity. Therefore my free trial did not go thru . They tried charging my card again last night without my authorization. This is a scam. Do not sign up for this app.
