I thought I was subscribing to a free trial …

I thought I was subscribing to a free trial period but the way this scam app is set up it keeps coming back to a page asking you to confirm subscription and not progressing past so makes you think you didn’t press confirm the first time. It says it’s a free trial. Don’t fall for it because I’ve been charged 2 seperate times and all up about $90. What’s worse is in my Apple Pay purchases it says it was free so I can’t even ask for a refund? What the hell? I’ve contacted my bank and they say to contact them directly, but guess what there’s no contact information for them. So the only way to get a response is here I’m guessing? Please give me my money back and fix your app. It’s theft.

If I could give zero stars or a minus…

If I could give zero stars or a minus or a black star for terrible I would. The app as usual does the trial for 7 days etc before you can see what the app does. Once it has your credit card, you mysteriously have signed up for 4-5 of their plans including Casa vista plan, Casa vista premium, Casa vista no-add plan, Casa vista bundle and your credit card is charged multiple times. It is not possible to cancel the subscription and the customer service - aptly title MassProfit Casa vista does not reply. Avoid at all costs.

A total scam

A total scam, like many other have stated. They charge you 40 usd for someting you a "free" trial week by clicking and ad. It happen to me in Instagram, but I'm sure they are on all social platforms. I have raised a dispute with Revolut, let's see.

The app does not work and the fees are extortionate. Over £45.00 per month, they will continue to take money from your account after cancelling.

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company. I made the mistake of signing up for the 7-day free trial for the Casa Vista AI app. I immediatly saw a charge of $39.98 posted on my card from Mass Profit Inc. I then received an email from Mass Profit with an app bundle -- none of which included Casa Vista AI. I immediately canceled my free trial and asked that the charge be reversed. Casa Vista said they would cancel the free trial, but they could not reverse the Mass Profit charge. I tried calling Mass Profit at the listed number 302-403-2758 and got nothing but old fashioned busy signals. I have initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with my card company.
