Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am, but they arrived two and a half hours late. During a phone call, I was told my vehicle was valued between 4,000 and 7,000 based on the details I provided. I expected a reasonable explanation for a lower offer, but instead, I was told it was worth only 4,000 in perfect condition, which felt deceptive, and then they offered just 2,000. It was an utter waste of time, and without a business card for feedback, I had to share my experience here. Reputable service... NOT.

I rarely write reviews, but when something goes exceptionally well, it's essential! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Thanks to the representative for being there every step of the way and making it easy. The tow truck driver called me the night before and confirmed an 8 am arrival. He was on time, gave me a cheque, and towed my car away. I deposited the cheque without any issues. The service provided more money than I anticipated. I have nothing negative to say; it worked perfectly for me! I highly recommend this service!
