This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called back within 2 minutes after their operator reached out about my vehicle transport, and even though I had already submitted all paperwork, she refused to look up my profile by name. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there wasn’t one. When I requested a refund, that was also denied.I run 3 businesses and employ over 100 people — I know what good customer service looks like. This company does not provide it. Do not recommend.
PR Car Transport was a delight to work with. They picked up the car from my home in Maryland, transported it to Florida and shipped it to PR. They kept me informed throughout the journey. Picking the car up at the PR port was straightforward. I am grateful for the ease and flow of the process.
I have submitted all documentation and i'm still pending the car pick-up. It's been nearly 2 weeks since the original scheduled date. They have not reached out to me to let me know any progress. I need to move out of state soon and this lack of service is making me nervous.
